This policy describes how KEPLOREAI INC handles information collected through this website. It does not cover data processed inside a customer deployment of the KEPLOREAI platform, which is governed by the agreement signed with that customer.

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, work email, company, role, reason for contact, selected agent scenarios and any project background you choose to provide.

We collect privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about site usage — which pages are viewed and which sections are engaged with. This analytics data does not use advertising cookies, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not include the free-text content of your enquiry.

Enquiry information is used solely to respond to you and to assess whether a demo, pilot, partnership or investment conversation makes sense. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If a commercial relationship begins, retention is governed by the resulting agreement instead.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing support@keploreai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
